Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious software developer to create, maintain, and enhance the software behind our platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating business objectives into technical specifications by collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing new features/software products while enhancing/maintaining existing ones.
  • Performing quality assurance testing on your work and that of others to ensure reliability.
  • Reviewing pull requests, asking clarifying questions, and maintaining a healthy codebase.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of software projects while upholding quality standards.
  • Enhancing your technical knowledge and sharing insights with the team.
  • Assisting in diagnosing system issues and implementing effective resolution strategies.
  • Identifying, solving, and preempting problems related to software development and project delivery.

Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with legacy code (Struts Framework)
  • Knowledge of current and emerging technologies
  • Proven experience in software development projects
  • Skills in system-level design, web services, and version control (e.g., Git)
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit and integration testing)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus
