Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled customer support specialist to join our fast-growing online division. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional post-sales support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to address their queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to manage warranty claims and resolve product-related concerns.
  • Provide administrative support, including coordinating shipments and maintaining accurate records.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
