Key Responsibilities

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for liaising between merchants and internal departments to ensure seamless process and document requirements for updating merchant accounts.

Key Skills:

  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Experience in call handling and customer service
  • Basic knowledge of Excel for data tracking
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise between Sales Consultants, merchants, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely updates to merchant accounts
  2. Compile and maintain documentation of merchant submissions
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to merchants and internal stakeholders
  4. Utilize Excel to track and analyze data for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, and data entry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
