Human Resource Coordinator

A Human Resource Assistant plays a key role in supporting the HR Department, handling administrative and HR-specific tasks. This position focuses on maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Records Maintenance
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with legal and company standards.
2. Recruitment Assistance
• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. Assist with candidate communications.
3. Onboarding/Offboarding and Orientation Support
• Help prepare onboarding materials, organize orientation sessions, and ensure that new hires complete necessary documentation. Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews and clearance procedures, payroll, and clearance administration.
4. Benefits Administration Support
• Assist with benefits administration by helping employees with enrollment and providing information on available benefits.
5. Payroll Assistance
• Aid in payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data, ensuring accuracy for timely payroll submission.
Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, or any related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be computer literate
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the related field
• Knowledgeable about Labor Law
• Must be resourceful and have very good analytical and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Must be outgoing and skilled at interpersonal interaction
• Must be reliable and results-oriented
• Should have great attention to detail
• Willing to work Saturday and Sunday
