Remote Healthcare Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support to healthcare professionals in a remote setting.

  • Utilize your familiarity with EMR systems to manage patient records efficiently and accurately.
  • Update and maintain EMR systems with new patient information, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Explain our services to new patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how our systems work and what to expect.
  • Assist healthcare professionals in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with medical billing teams to ensure accurate coding and billing information.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in handling sensitive medical information.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Remote Healthcare Support Specialist or in a similar role, be proficient in using EMR systems, and possess excellent communication skills. They should also be organized, able to multitask, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
