  • Resolve escalated issues through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Analyze technical issues using internal tools, logs, and APIs to deliver swift and effective solutions.
  • Evaluate and ensure the security of customer data.
  • Own and manage escalated issues from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive success.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and expertise.

You will be the liaison between customers, support teams, and developers, responsible for resolving escalated issues.

This role requires a high level of troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience providing live chat technical support for a software or SaaS platform.
  • Strong English language skills, with secondary languages a plus.
  • The ability to break down complex technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical audiences.
