Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and culturally sensitive support via calls and chat in French and English.

Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), enabling seamless communication with diverse customers.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce settings.
  • Bilingual customer support experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is beneficial.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically.
  • Strong attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
