Accounting Talent Acquisition Specialist

We seek a results-driven professional to spearhead the identification, attraction, and acquisition of top-tier accounting talent. As an integral member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives aimed at recruiting Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and outstanding graduates of BS Accountancy programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing targeted talent attraction strategies to secure high-potential candidates.
  • Active engagement with professional networks, job boards, university partnerships, and industry events to source qualified candidates.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with top accounting schools to create a continuous pipeline of exceptional BSA graduates.
  • Coordinating and participating in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and ensure seamless candidate experiences.
  • Promoting the company's employer brand through various talent marketing initiatives to establish a strong presence in the accounting sector.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant university programs related to accountancy.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with educational institutions and professional organizations.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of the CPA industry and accountancy career paths is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
