Job Details

This role provides production services and assistance to ensure quality and timely delivery of child sponsorship engagement features. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the production of child sponsorship engagement features that meet global quality standards and partnership requirements
  • Focusing on quality review and assurance of sponsorship engagement content features assigned
  • Identifies and escalates quality concerns to Production Specialists and Coordinators
  • Ability to manage tasks from competing deliverables at a given time
Requirements for Success
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Project or Business Management, or related field
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a related field
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Proficient in using MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an NGO or large, global organization
