About the Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time position that requires expertise in creating engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative content ideas and produce high-quality visual elements that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
  • Ideate, conceptualize, film, and edit short-form videos to capture viewers' attention and convey key messages effectively.
  • Execute social media campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including strategy and marketing.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars to optimize reach and engagement across multiple social media platforms.
  • Tailor content to each platform's unique characteristics and user preferences while adapting to changes in algorithms and features.
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality or creative vision.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with third-party editing tools, such as CapCut, Vloo, Filmora, or InShot.
  • Strong understanding of planning, conceptualizing, and producing short-form videos.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation, preferably with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with different social media platforms and their nuances; ability to tailor content accordingly.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
