Remote Quality Evaluator Job Description

The quality evaluator role involves assessing online content in a local language using proprietary rating systems and guidelines provided by the client. Evaluators will review web pages, links, and questions, sometimes conducting additional online research to ensure accurate assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate information presented in the evaluator's local language based on Account's provided guidelines and instructions
  • Log onto Account's online proprietary rating system(s), which may vary by specific rating programs
  • Use their own computer, tablet and/or smartphone, on an average of 5-20 hours per week
  • Perform evaluations in a manner that is analytical and shows familiarity with various online research tools
