Job Overview

As a seasoned Image Editor Team Leader, you will oversee the QA process for all edited visual content, ensuring alignment with project specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the QA team to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of edited content.
  • Review and approve final edits to guarantee they meet project requirements and company standards.
  • Manage and train junior editors and QA specialists, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Develop and maintain QA checklists, documentation, and workflows to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to identify and resolve issues related to color correction, cropping, file formats, metadata, and resolution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on recurring quality issues and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with image editing tools and best practices to ensure the highest level of quality.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in image/video editing or post-production, with at least 2 years in a QA or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
