Staffing Coordinator and Office Manager

**Job Summary:**
Cosmocare International, Inc. is seeking an experienced administrative professional to fill the role of Staffing Coordinator and Office Manager.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees
- Organize and maintain employee workstation assignments and readiness
- Manage and coordinate IT-related tasks, including technical support and troubleshooting
- Maintain network connectivity, CCTV systems, and backup generators
- Process and manage company vehicles, equipment, and resources
- Purchase and manage office supplies, and maintain accurate records
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
A background in human resources or administration would be advantageous, but not essential.
