Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to provide top-notch support through live chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and tracking shipments, while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of company offerings.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer step-by-step instructions for resolution, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in live chat customer support, preferably in a remote or BPO setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Experience with help desk software and other remote support tools is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to learn new systems quickly is essential.
  • Availability to start immediately is required.
