About the Job:

As our
Barista
, you will be the friendly face of our café, creating high-quality beverages while providing excellent customer service to our clients. You'll play a key role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests before and after their fitness sessions. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact warmly with clients, ensuring a welcoming café experience.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, and other products consistently.
  • Handle POS transactions, including payments for food, beverages, and merchandise.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of coffee, ingredients, and supplies.
  • Support events or promotions in collaboration with the fitness team.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in food & beverage service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions.
  • Willingness to learn and develop barista skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for health, wellness, and community.
