Job Summary


Overview

This role focuses on delivering measurable improvements in Quality, Safety, Delivery and Cost within assigned Value Streams.

  • Utilize value stream mapping to drive continuous improvement across Production/Administration processes.
  • Provide leadership in the execution of projects within assigned Value Streams.
  • Mentor Lean Small Group Activities and events.
  • Support a Lean specialty sub-committee and become a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Engage in personal development through training, self-improvement research and benchmarking/networking activities.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent combination of relevant experience and formal training)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or similar capacity
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills across different levels and departments
  • Mathematical aptitude
  • Systems perspective
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage
  • Lean knowledge or experience is an advantage
