Job Title: Credit and Account Specialist

This role supports the financial management function, reviewing customer accounts, investigating payment discrepancies, generating reports, and ensuring timely collections.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing past due customer accounts to understand terms and collect relevant information related to payment or terms.
  • Communicating with past due customers to resolve issues.
  • Maintaining accurate documents and notes for audit purposes and assisting in developing collection strategies.
  • Assisting with credit application processing.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate degree or two-year technical/trade degree preferred.
  • Five to seven years of experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience supporting treasury or accounting is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
