Operations Specialist

The Facilities Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and equipment to maximize productivity.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure proper performance and quality standards are met.
- Manage safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Plan and oversee building maintenance, including renovations and new installations.
- Conduct facility inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports on facility operations and maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or facilities management.
- At least 2 years of experience in facilities operations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
