Job Description:

The Director of Compensation and Benefits plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive employee rewards programs. This involves compensation, benefits, and short-term incentives to ensure that the organization's C&B practices are equitable, competitive, and aligned with performance and affordability.

This role encompasses leading edge strategies for driving engagement, retention, and business productivity. It requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to lead, review, and design C&B practices that meet market standards and internal equity.

The Director will analyze and share insights from benchmarking surveys, industry reports, and data analysis to inform strategic decisions. They will work closely with HR leaders and C&B to develop recommendations on promotions, market corrections, and geo mobility.

The Director will be responsible for developing and monitoring benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and cost-effective. They will track and address DEI, pay equity, and gender pay analysis to promote fairness and inclusion.

Calibration of annual processes such as merit increase, bonus, and equity grants with Corporate Rewards will also be a key responsibility. The Director will evaluate the effectiveness of STI and LTI plans to optimize reward strategies.

Additionally, the Director will monitor and design hiring ranges with Recruitment, HRBP, and Business to attract top talent. Liaison with Compliance/Legal team will be necessary to ensure regulatory compliance in compensation decisions.

Design, maintenance, and update of C&B policies will require effective communication to employees. The Director will partner with Global Rewards to develop dashboards and analysis for monthly/quarterly reviews.

Collaboration with Corporate Rewards and Finance on budgeting and pricing of jobs will also be required. Data process management for internal and external sources, resolving errors and partnering with HR Shared Services when needed.

  • Monitor and design hiring ranges.
  • Liaise with Compliance/Legal team.

Requirements:

  • Strategic thinking and relationship management.
  • Commercial acumen and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in implementing cost-saving methods and improving operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Prior experience in automation, implementation of tools, and digital transformation preferred.
