E-commerce Growth Manager

This is a strategic leadership position for someone who excels at driving growth opportunities, creating integrated roadmaps, and guiding teams to deliver measurable results through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of client performance to identify areas for improvement across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Design and execute strategic growth plans that integrate SEO, CRO, paid media, email, social media, and emerging channels, tailored to each brand's stage and goals.
  • Lead the execution of initiatives, collaborating with internal specialists, external agencies, and client stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Leverage expertise in e-commerce platforms to optimize site performance, conversion flows, and customer experiences.
  • Implement and manage data tracking frameworks to ensure accurate measurement and actionable insights.
  • Monitor performance metrics, diagnose areas for optimization, and recommend data-backed strategies for improvement.
  • Communicate findings to executive-level stakeholders, balancing tactical wins with long-term strategic vision.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in senior-level e-commerce strategy and execution, preferably supporting early-stage or growth-stage businesses.
  • Advanced expertise in e-commerce platforms, with proven success optimizing storefronts, funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and scale performance-driven initiatives that delivered measurable returns on investment.
  • Well-rounded expertise across multiple growth channels (SEO, CRO, paid media, social, email, SMS, affiliate).
  • Proficiency with data tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker, etc.).
