Job Overview

Living in a bubble is a rapidly expanding e-commerce brand that specializes in premium campervan accessories. With operations in multiple countries, our mission is to empower van-lifers and adventurers with innovative products that combine quality and design.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.
  • The successful candidate will increase brand awareness, community engagement, and brand search volume through strategic planning and execution.
  • This role requires analyzing and reporting on performance using data-driven tools and techniques.
  • Collaboration with the content team is essential to create engaging hooks, creatives, and messaging for our target audience.
  • The ideal candidate will improve customer journey and experience across funnels, from awareness to retention.
  • This position involves planning and allocating marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and meet performance targets.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is necessary to align marketing strategies with business priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a marketing manager with a focus on e-commerce Direct-to-Consumer (DTC).
  • Experience in Shopify and managing a team of at least 3 people.
  • A proven track record of scaling paid media while building brand equity in Google and Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • A creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
