About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Manager, where you will be responsible for building and running Discord communities that engage top affiliates and drive sales for our brands.

You will be working closely with brand leads to develop and execute strategies that meet business objectives, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, from creating engaging content to developing and implementing community-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute community-building strategies that drive affiliate engagement and sales;
  2. Work closely with brand leads to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet business objectives;
  3. Manage and moderate online communities to ensure they are safe and compliant;
  4. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of community-building initiatives;
  5. Liaise with other teams to ensure seamless execution of community-building initiatives;
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in community, social, or influencer-marketing management;
  • Proven ability to grow and moderate online communities;
  • Data-driven mindset and exceptional analytical skills;
  • Exceptional written English and organisational skills;
  • Able to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
