Job Description

The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers.

Key responsibilities include developing digital strategies with a focus on customer acquisition and retention on various online channels, implementing, measuring, and evaluating campaigns across multiple channels of engagement.

Additionally, you will lead the development of B2C and B2B e-commerce strategies, platforms, and/or partners, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

You will also utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience, develop digital marketing functions for e-commerce including content creation, social media marketing, design, build, and maintain social media presence, digital market research and analysis, and evaluate emerging technologies.

Moreover, you will identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights, review consumer interactions, manage client data, and identify areas that can be improved.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business, or another related field
  • At least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in E-commerce is an advantage
  • Familiarity with digital advertising tools & platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads Manager, Sprout, Mailchimp, Trello, Airtable, Canva, and related tools
