We're helping an experienced marketing consultant find a proactive and adaptable Marketing Strategist to bring strategic plans to life. You'll work closely with a senior marketer who specializes in healthcare, medtech, and femtech industries, supporting clients from startups to scale-ups across Europe. This is a hands-on role where you'll take high-level direction, run with it, and deliver quality work with creativity and attention to detail.

Part-time: 10–20 hours/week (with potential to grow into more hours)
Remote: Fully remote, CET working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate:$600-800 (based on a 20-hour workweek)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan, create, and publish content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters

  • Design graphics and marketing collateral using tools like Canva

  • Build email sequences, manage lists, and execute campaigns

  • Assist with light paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

  • Create and format presentation decks

  • Handle marketing operations including reporting, analytics, and project management

  • Incorporate AI-powered tools to streamline workflows—while applying your own critical thinking and creativity

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in both corporate and startup environments

  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills

  • Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and adapt quickly

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, or femtech industries

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Canva, and other marketing tools

  • Understanding of agile marketing methodologies

  • Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT
