P2P Analyst I - Indirect Procurement Role Overview

This position is part of Global Business Services Procure to Payment (P2P). The role is responsible for resolving incoming cases quickly and accurately, demonstrating broad knowledge of the end-to-end process with a focus on customer service and user experience for creating and maintaining Indirect Purchase Orders in the Supply Connect system.

The individual will exercise discretion and judgment, applying professional knowledge to synthesize information and draw conclusions. This role also provides support to the Team Lead on daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned Requisitions/Purchase Orders using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, internal clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Resolve complex issues through detailed investigations and address customer concerns with relevant teams or leaders.
  • Contribute to quality control by reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure smooth communication and involvement throughout the process.
  • Support internal and external audits, maintaining controls of complete and correct operating procedures, and provide requested information.
  • Assist Supervisor/Team Lead in achieving team goals.
  • Optimize and continuously improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Procurement as a Buyer.
  • Shared Service Centers experience is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English: B2+ Level.
  • MS Office skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel intermediate/advanced level.
  • ERPs experience and familiarity with Coupa software, Service Now, and other financial tools is desirable.
