Procurement Sourcing Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to support global sourcing and contracting events for indirect spend categories.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and quality of goods and services.
  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
  • Evaluate compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Gather necessary information for endorsement prior to VGM review.
  • Manage contract and sourcing request types within self-serve threshold (up to USD50K) for Asia markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Management Information Systems.
  • Background in Procurement or Supply Chain is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with procurement applications and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving capability.
  • Attentive to details and quality, well-organized, innovative and result-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role reports to the Procurement Manager and works closely with Category Managers, Tower Leads, and other key stakeholders across the organization.
