Procurement Professional

This role involves managing vendor relationships, coordinating with global suppliers and employees, and tracking procurement documents. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the contract review process including initial request evaluation, coordination of the procurement team review, and redlining.
  • Update procurement leadership documents and internal applications as needed.
  • Internal and external calendar scheduling management supporting the procurement team and suppliers.
  • Facilitate the vendor contract execution process including document signing via e-signature tools, contract archiving, and database management.
  • Track and manage the lifecycle of procurement contracts, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, or terminations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
  • Procurement experience with a focus on indirect spend in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint); experience with Procure to Pay systems preferred.
  • General understanding of procurement terms and conditions and experience working with a legal team in the contract review process desired.
  • Experience in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining procurement documents, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
