Job Description

Olly Olly is hiring a Digital Operations Manager to lead a team spanning web support, quality assurance, and design. This role involves managing delivery from end to end: ensuring client websites and digital assets are completed on time, to spec, and at the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing Performance Data: Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to enhance workflows, launch new initiatives, and ensure website production supports overall marketing strategy.
  • Quality Control: Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop your team of 10, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.
