As a Copy-based Creative Director, you will lead the storytelling and messaging for a high-profile corporate brand campaign pitch scheduled in 4 weeks. You'll be responsible for shaping the big idea, campaign narrative, and copy across all deliverables: brand manual, collaterals, OOH, digital, and video content. You will ensure the work is strategically sound, creatively compelling, and pitch-ready, all while meeting a tight deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the campaign's overarching concept and copy-driven narrative.
  • Define the voice, messaging framework, and copy direction for the brand manual.
  • Supervise and write copy for campaign handle, taglines, scripts, OOH, digital, and video executions.
  • Work closely with the Art Director to unify messaging and visuals across all campaign assets.
  • Manage and mentor the copy team to deliver cohesive pitch materials on time.
  • Present ideas persuasively to internal stakeholders and clients within the 4-week pitch window.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in advertising, marketing, or brand communications, with at least 3 years in a creative leadership role.
  • Proven experience in corporate brand campaigns, especially in pitch environments.
  • Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign development (OOH, digital, video).
  • Track record of delivering under tight deadlines with high creative standards.
