Job Title: Kitchen Engineering ProfessionalPrimary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all machinery in optimal condition to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement preventative maintenance schedules for motors to minimize downtime and extend lifespan.
  • Document and maintain records of machine and motor performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Address repair work orders promptly, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption.
  • Ensure general area lighting is adequate and well-maintained.
  • Provide regular diary reports to the Chief Engineer, highlighting key issues and successes.
  • Attend meetings as assigned by the Chief Engineer, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Inform the Chief Engineer of any departmental incidents or developments.
Key Qualifications:
  • Technical College Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 years' direct experience in kitchen engineering within a hotel environment
  • Basic English communication skills
