Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations, preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to recipes, and assisting other kitchen staff as needed. We require an individual who is proactive, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning all dishes, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Organizing the kitchen station with all required equipment and supplies
  • Preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to recipes
  • Assisting other kitchen staff and kitchen manager as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work safely in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of cooking equipment and kitchen procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
