About the Role

As a customer support professional, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via calls and support tickets. You will utilize the company's knowledge base and internal resources to provide accurate, timely responses to product or service-related questions.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude is essential in every customer interaction. You will log and document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure traceability and follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of BPO experience and strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent comprehension and active listening skills are also required.
