We are seeking a skilled and organized Healthcare Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in scheduling within the U.S. Homecare industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily schedules for healthcare staff, including nurses, caregivers, and therapists.
- Communicate with patients, families, and staff to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling software and update calendars in real time.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in homecare scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, terminology, and staffing models.
- Proficiency in scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
