The Senior Territory Solution Associate is a results-driven sales professional responsible for managing relationships with accredited partners and agents. Key objectives include achieving daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through partner and aggregator management.

To succeed in this role:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently
  • Grow the assigned territory's Maya GTV and MSME segment uses cases
  • Maintain strong account and Maya agent relationships to drive business growth
  • Craft strategies to operationalize cascaded plans suitable for the area
  • Ensure all partners and agents are trained on our products, including Maya Bank offerings for retail agents
  • Regularly meet with MSAP, MA Partners, and Maya Agents to monitor and cascade sales performance

Furthermore, it is essential to maintain relationships with Accredited Partners and Maya Agents, including immediate after-sales servicing.

Requirements:

We seek a graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or a related field with expertise in Sales Account and Relationship Management. Knowledge of e-wallets and payments ecosystems is also necessary.

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Sales and Client Management or Business Development
  • Knowledge of financial technologies and intersecting industries is a plus
  • Must reside in Davao and be willing to handle the Davao region
