Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate complex proposals and contracts under minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Researching business agreements, government and commercial contracting methods, including policies, procedures, and regulations, to provide expert advice during proposal, fact-finding, negotiation, and day-to-day contracting activities.
  2. Demonstrating leadership in contracting strategy and methods, while building and maintaining quality relationships with internal and external customers in support of business objectives.

This role is crucial in ensuring site accessibility in designated territories is available on a timely basis for our build and operate activities. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring all Globe-owned network site lease contracts are completed and renewed promptly, addressing lessor concerns in accordance with our set guidelines and governing standards.
  2. Fulfilling these responsibilities based on priority sites, relative to time and resource availability.

Responsibilities

  1. Resolve lessor concerns raised within assigned territories on a timely and satisfactory manner, collaborating with stakeholders and following our lessor management guidelines and standards.
  2. Ensure active, safekept, and renewed lessor contracts in assigned territories, adhering to our designated priority backlog, subject to resources availability and compliance with our guidelines and standards.
  3. Attend regular collaboration sessions, tackling territory network performance, quality, and business performance management.
  4. Work closely with managed services partners to deliver on contract renewal targets and simple lessor concerns closure on field, following our set guidelines and standards.
  5. Regularly update assigned territory dashboards and ensure prompt closure of related issues to mitigate aging of backlog priorities.
