Field Sales Specialist
Job Description:The Field Sales Specialist is responsible for driving performance and profitability of dealers by managing sales operations, including riding gear, accessories, lifestyle items, and service-related initiatives.
This role ensures that targets are set, monitored, and achieved through strategic planning, dealer support, and continuous performance analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Must be a college graduate with a strong academic record.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the automotive industry.
- Must be able to drive; a valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Willingness to be assigned in San Juan City.
- Opportunity to work with a leading automotive brand.
- Chance to develop and implement aftersales programs to boost sales.
- Preparation and maintenance of accurate performance reports.
- Collaboration with the Parts Analyst to determine product mix, pricing strategies, and inventory levels.
- Processing and validation of dealer claims.
- Proper execution of warranty and technical campaigns across the dealer network.
- Strategic recommendations to management regarding sales planning and end-to-end sales operations.
