Job Overview: We are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to support our Corporate Sales team with administrative tasks, customer service, and order management. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and help ensure smooth operations in our sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and managing client information.
- Process customer orders, track delivery statuses, and ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with customers to answer questions, provide product info, and resolve issues.
- Maintain sales records and update reports regularly.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team.
- Help manage customer database and ensure data is up to date.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
