Job Title: Customer Support Representative

We're seeking a talented customer support representative to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers via chat, email, or phone.

Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This includes addressing product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.

You will also use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support. Additionally, you will stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to grow their career in a fully remote environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
