Collections Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Collections Analyst to fill a key position in our Finance department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to creating business solutions and make a significant impact on the company's financial performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer collections and monitor KPI results to meet Service Level Agreement commitments for AR forecasting and analysis.
  • Ensure effective internal controls are in place and processes and policies are established and documented in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement programs to standardize and improve the efficiency of the collection and dispute processes across various entities.
  • Manage Sales Order releasing within scope of authority.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's level degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, and/or other financial certifications are highly desirable.
