Key Roles and Responsibilities

This position requires managing and maintaining financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making. Effective workflow organization across multiple departments is essential for information accuracy and documentation structure.

Main Tasks
  • To improve operational efficiency, develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the maintenance of financial systems, ensuring timely data collection and high-quality reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain established procedures and ensure accurate data collection on time.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible documentation for easy reference.
  • Support analytical tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Assist in administrative and follow-up tasks to enable senior team members to focus on strategic initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a financial controller in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills are necessary for success.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and modeling.
  • The ability to create and work with financial models.
  • Excellent command of English language (spoken and written).
  • An organized and detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
