Job Role

A skilled Data Entry Clerk is needed to perform administrative tasks in reviewing, processing, and maintaining financial or construction-related documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, a high level of quality, and strong proficiency in computer software applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and process financial or construction-related documents.
  • Collaborate with office staff and assist with multiple tasks.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records.
  • Process payments for subcontractors efficiently.
  • Verify invoices for proper documentation before payment.
  • Enter invoices accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
  • Manage purchase orders and serve as the primary point of contact between internal and external customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clerical role.
  • Proficiency in basic data entry skills and E360 platform.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to perform accurate calculations and data verification.
  • Strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applications.
