  • Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processes for allocated office locations, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. Coordinate with sales and resource employees to obtain necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Time and Attendance: Handle clocking or usage queries with the Time and Attendance system, providing support and guidance to employees as needed.
  • Internal Customer Service: Maintain regular and meaningful contact with branch and brand contacts, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the Payroll Team or branch, initiating discussions and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • International Payroll Experience: At least 1 year of experience handling international payroll, with strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Systems Proficiency: Proficient in Payroll/Accounting systems and intermediate Excel skills, with ability to interpret and stay updated on relevant legislation.
  • Award Interpretation: Familiarity with policies, procedures, award interpretation, EBA, or Modern Awards, with ability to apply knowledge in a practical context.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for internal customer service and collaboration with sales and resource employees.
