Key Responsibilities- Handle benefit enrollments, terminations, and monthly reporting tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Liaise between HR and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Negotiate with vendors for company benefits, leveraging market data analysis to optimize benefit offerings.
- Conduct monthly benefit audits to ensure accurate enrollment in benefit plans, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the administration of our annual compensation review process, including merit matrix creation.
- Administer the performance and wage review process, evaluating policies and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee files and 201 records using HRIS.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or other business-related field required.
- Two years of Human Resources experience, preferably in compensation, benefits, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for success.
