Key Financial Role

We are seeking a results-driven Key Financial Role to lead internal finance and accounting operations, providing strategic support to ensure the company's financial stability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
  • Establish and continuously improve financial control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management.
  • Manage vendor invoicing, collections, payroll, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making.
  • Provide scenario analysis and cash flow projections to senior management.
Tax Compliance
  • Prepare and file corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Manage Singapore tax filings (corporate income tax, GST) with external advisors.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external advisors when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA preferred; ACCA/CA a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in a Big 4 Accounting firm, ideally in a managerial or senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS knowledge or willingness to learn is an advantage.
  • Practical experience with US tax law (Singapore tax experience a plus).
