JOBS MATCHMAKER is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Technology Implementation Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new technologies and digital solutions to our healthcare providers, providing training and support regarding our digital platforms to our provider's staff, resolving integration issues to maintain system performance and reliability, generating reports and analytics to track the success of integration initiatives, maintaining and organizing our provider database, establishing and maintaining rapport with providers through regular visitations, managing provider suspensions, tracking and monitoring outstanding accounts receivable from providers, facilitating hospital admission and discharge of EastWest Healthcare members through face-to-face visits, and facilitating accreditation of new providers including hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics, and doctors.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement new technologies and digital solutions to all healthcare providers.
  2. Provide training and support regarding the digital platforms to provider's staff.
  3. Resolve integration issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
  4. Generate reports and analytics to track the success of integration initiatives.
  5. Maintain and organize the healthcare provider database.
  6. Establish and maintain rapport with providers through regular visitations.
  7. Manage provider suspensions.
  8. Track and monitor outstanding accounts receivable from providers.
  9. Facilitate hospital admission and discharge of EastWest Healthcare members through face-to-face visits.
  10. Facilitate accreditation of new providers including hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics, and doctors.
