Job Title: Influencer Collaboration Coordinator

This role involves collaborating with influencers across various social media platforms.

  1. Identify and engage with trend-savvy creators who align with the brand's values.
  2. Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from outreach to performance tracking.
  3. Negotiate deliverables and rates with creators while ensuring campaign budgets are met.
  4. Track campaign performance, audience engagement, and content quality to optimize efforts.
  5. Maintain a database of high-performing influencers and audience insights.
  6. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to support product launches and brand initiatives.
  7. Prepare regular reports on campaign ROI and performance metrics.

To be successful in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar digital marketing role. You will need strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Highly organized individuals who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously will also excel in this position.

A deep understanding of social media platforms, engagement metrics, and content trends is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive business results.
