Skincare & Beauty Influencer Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced influencer outreach specialist to join our team. This role involves building and managing relationships with influencers and UGC creators who align with our brand values and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit influencers and UGC creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who share our passion for skincare and beauty.
  • Guide influencers and creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content that showcases our products and benefits.
  • Manage collaborations, influencer gifting, and commissions through Shopify.
  • Collaborate with the social media management team to monitor and reply to comments, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Ensure timely execution of collaborations by maintaining clear communication with influencers.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement and reach to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in influencer/UGC outreach and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Shopify processes, including collaborations, shipments, gifting, and commissions.
  • Knowledge of partnerships via platforms like Impact.com is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and keeping up with digital trends.
