Job Description

The KOL Outreach Manager is responsible for identifying and engaging with influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders across various markets. This role plays a crucial part in expanding our global presence and fostering strategic partnerships within the Web3, crypto, and digital communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and prioritize KOLs, influencers, and creators aligned with our brand and values
  • Conduct outreach, build relationships, and manage negotiations with KOLs for promotional activities
  • Coordinate and track influencer campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives
  • Maintain a structured database of partnerships, campaign performance, and communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation
  • Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, performance metrics, and partnership development
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, outreach management, or partnership development, preferably within the gaming, tech, charity or Web 3 sectors
  • Fluent English language skills, with a minimum proficiency level of C1
  • Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages is a significant advantage: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and crypto communities
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
