Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power BI developer to join our team at ISTA Solutions. As a team member, you will collaborate with skilled professionals who value employee satisfaction and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support operations by providing reporting solutions that meet client requirements
  • Design and develop metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business decisions
  • Conduct large-scale data analysis and modeling to derive insights
  • Review outputs for trends and patterns
  • Collaborate with the team to perform root cause analyses and recommend improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX
  • Extensive coding experience with M Language, SQL, and/or BigQuery
  • Experience in KPI dashboard development and automation
  • Strong visualization skills – charts, bars, images, dynamic reports, etc.
  • Some exposure to Procurement, Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management functions
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere
