We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to drive data-driven decision making and operational excellence across our organization.

This crucial role will involve comprehensive data handling for various departments, including Loss Prevention, Operations, Quality, and Training.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Optimize data handling processes across departments, including Operations, Quality, Training, Onboarding, Fulfillment, and HR
  • Develop robust reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision making
  • Design and implement executive dashboards and operational reporting systems for leadership teams
  • Create department-specific analytics and performance measurement tools
  • Establish KPIs and metrics that drive organizational performance and accountability
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis

Requirements:

  • 2-6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related analytical roles
  • Proficiency in SQL querying
  • Proven experience with reporting and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
